Tasting notes :
Eye : Very intense amber-brown colour.
Nose : Woody and floral notes such as vine shoots and a delicious scent of apricot.
Palate : This wine is greedy, round, with hints of vanilla and structure.
Crus : Grande Champagne and Fins Bois.
Ageing : 50 years in French oak barrels in a humid cellar.
