Tasting notes :
Colour : old gold/ copper red.
Nose : a succession of notes of candied fruit, dried fruit, pastry, jasmine flower and rancio. In an atmosphere of liquorice freshness, this Cognac is characterized by a remarkably balanced aromatic intensity.
Palate : from the attack, a sensation of velvety envelops the palate while modulating the aromatic explosion, perceived until the end of the mouth.
The distillation on lees sublimated by its long stay in French oak barrels enhances the final expression of this Cognac.
