The Quintinye Vermouth Royal expertly combines white wines from the South-West of France with white Pineau des Charentes.
For the production of La Quintinye Extra Dry, Pineau Blanc is combined with a selection of white wines from different grape varieties creating the canvas on which the bouquet of plants and spices will be able to best express themselves.
The unique use of Pineau brings an intense roundness to the perfectly balanced bitterness of the plant palette.
Chosen for their aromatic properties, each is then complemented with a specific blend and balance of plants and spices, with a total of 27 in the Extra Dry.
