Distillation artisanal with many lees, aged in French "red" oak barrels then in "old" barrels in the tranquility of the "Paradise" cellar of the castle.

Light notes of linden but especially of dried flowers, plum and dried fruits.

Vanilla very present, suppleness and roundness to the palate.
